Coming off one of the most exciting nights in the history of the promotion, Bellator MMA announces the highly-anticipated return of BELLATOR PARIS as the promotion invades the legendary Accor Arena on May 12. Headlining the card will be a highly-anticipated matchup when two of MMA's most dynamic strikers lock horns as Fabian "The Assassin" Edwards takes on Gegard "The Armenian Assassin" Mousasi.

In the main event, Mousasi will look to spoil Edward's Bellator debut when they collide in a pivotal light heavyweight contest between two of the best 205-pound fighters in the world. Mousasi, a former Bellator and DREAM middleweight champion, has established himself as one of the most feared fighters in the sport. With an incredible resume that includes wins over the likes of Rory MacDonald, Lyoto Machida, Vitor Belfort, and Uriah Hall, Mousasi will look to make a statement in his Bellator debut.

Edwards, a highly-touted newcomer to Bellator, has quickly established himself as a force to be reckoned with. A multiple-time world champion in kickboxing and Muay Thai, Edwards has carried his striking prowess into MMA, finishing all five of his professional opponents by way of KO/TKO, including a first-round knockout victory over former Bellator champion Paul Daley in his promotional debut.

The co-main event will feature a pair of hard-hitting welterweights as undefeated phenom Abou Tounkara takes on rising star Yaroslav Amosov.

In addition, the card will also feature a plethora of exciting matchups as Yoel Romero takes on Melvin Manhoef in a light heavyweight clash, while French star Laurent Vainqueur locks horns with Jamie "The Sicilian" Pickett at middleweight.
