The Emilia Romagna Grand Prix was first held in 1980 as the San Marino Grand Prix and was held at the Enzo e Dino Ferrari International Circuit until 2006. The race was removed from the calendar in 2007 but was reinstated in 2020 as the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. The 2020 and 2021 races were both won by Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes.
